Larisa M. Soto

Visiting Students

Current

Research Interests

Larisa is mainly interested in the study of transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of cell differentiation processes using single cell genomics. Her main job is the analysis of single cell RNAseq and single cell ATACseq data retrieved from public data bases and external collaborators. She is also involved in generating time-series single cell data from several differentiation systems in the lab.
